I am about to spruce up my blog with some video segments I've been working on for awhile. So far, I have some that provide tips for working with a creative supplier... and some that discuss what drives designers crazy--in an effort to make communications between clients and service providers smoother (and not as a blowing-steam therapy session, I swear!).
